K&M Law – Consumer Complaint – February 12, 2015

Consumer Statement:

K&M got us a loan modification after saving us from foreclosure 8/2012 stating that they had contacts at Bank of America. 1/2013 the BofA modification loan was too high and we told K&M after paying them $4,000 borrowed from a relative.

K&M Law said take the loan, they would contact BofA just pay for 3 mos. then ask for a restructuring.

Consumer Action Taken:

When we called K&M after paying 4 mos. borrowed money from relatives for the mortgage, they said we would have to work with BofA. BofA sent more forms, we filled out and sent in for 16 mos. after we could not pay the mod. loan — said that they were working on a new program not restructuring.

Unfortunately, my husband died 4/5/14, both of us are seniors. I am trying to get an attorney.
