Andrews Federal Credit Union Scholarship Program Now Open

Credit Union to award eight $ 1,500 non-renewable college scholarships. Deadline for submission is April 23, 2015.

Andrews Federal Credit Union announced the opening of its 2015 Scholarship Program. Eight $ 1,500 non-renewable college scholarships are available to students who are Andrews Federal members or dependents of members in good standing as of February 1, 2015.

Applicants must be pursuing a degree from an accredited college or university. Applications will be judged on an essay composition and must include community service activities.

“Andrews Federal offers these scholarships every year to help our members with the cost of higher education,” said Jim Hayes, Andrews Federal President & CEO. “We also include a financial literacy component in the essay portion, because our members’ financial health is just as important to us.”
