Could Flipping “Big” Houses Become the Next Big Thing in Real Estate?

By on February 24, 2015

Silicon Valley, CA (PRWEB) February 24, 2015

The residual effects of the US housing crisis has many homeowners “upside down” on their loans with over 4 million foreclosures in the years since the October 2008 financial meltdown.

This has left the door open for entrepreneurial real estate investors like Todd Hill. He and his team specialize in so-called “luxury flips” — fixing and flipping homes in the million-dollar-plus price bracket. They come in, clean up and renovate the property, and then sell it for a substantial profit. Todd comments, “There’s money to be made flipping houses in every part of the market – from basic starters homes to multi-million dollar mansions. That’s the great thing about flipping houses – it works in every price range. The key is finding homes that are either undervalued or need some TLC. We fix them up and make the necessary improvements so that others can buy them and enjoy a great place to live at a price they can afford.”

An experienced real estate investor, Todd Hill has developed a new program that shows the average person, even those with no experience, how to flip houses for a living. The program is called Flipping Big™, and it provides all the information someone needs to get a jump start on the house-flipping business — whether they’re a novice or an experienced real estate professional.

Todd started out selling real estate in one of the most expensive areas of the country — Silicon Valley, CA–and was soon running one of the most successful luxury real estate teams in the country, doing over $ 100 million in sales per year. After the mortgage meltdown of 2008, he transitioned his real estate business into finding, fixing and flipping luxury homes.

Todd comments, “We went from flipping a couple of houses per year to flipping 100 homes per year, and suddenly I realized we were onto something really big. As more and more people came up to me asking how they could achieve success flipping houses, we got the idea to share our unique process, and the “Flipping Big Blueprint™” was born. We show people how to do more flips that have bigger profit margins, and still enjoy the whole deal from start to finish.”

Because of his success, a production company in Hollywood contacted Todd about starring in a new show on HGTV, called Flip It to Win It. Todd adds, “They were looking for the best and our name just kept coming up, so they contacted my office and the rest is history. We’ve really enjoyed doing the show, and our program has just been revamped and renamed to give the show a fun twist that other house-flipping programs lack.”

Flip It to Win It, involves five teams of flippers who bid against each other for “flippable” houses. The hour-long program includes three auctions and three renovated houses that go on the market to see who achieved the greatest returns on their flipping project.

About Todd Hill
Todd Hill was born and raised in the start-up capital of the world, Silicon Valley. He began his career at age 15 helping his dad run one of America’s most notable classic car auctions. At 30, he got into real estate and was doing well in spite of the housing crunch. He and a friend started out by simply doing a couple of flips per year. They quickly realized that this was not only a lucrative income stream, but also a fun way to make a living. In 2014, Todd launched Flipping Big ™ — A real estate training program that teaches people how to transition into Real Estate Investing as a full-time business, complemented by a nationwide coaching and mentorship program. In addition to the heartfelt sincerity he practices in his business dealings, Todd is a big supporter of helping children fight cancer – supporting numerous charities. He also established a scholarship at his local high school in Los Gatos CA for children suffering from cancer, in memory of a school friend who recently lost his battle with cancer.
