Consumer Statement:
I was told by Kris, that she could lower my monthly student loan payments and I would have to pay a one time start up fee of 400.00 and she could get my student loans payment down to $200.00 per month.
When it was time to file taxes, I discovered that the monthly $200.00 that I was paying was not going towards my student loans SLS managers were keeping it all and all they had done was got another deferment for loans.
Consumer Action Taken:
When I contacted them, I informed them that I wanted to cancel my services and they were happy too since I had been paying them for nearly a year.
