Patriot Tax Relief, and related “Patriot” entities doing loan mods and car loan mods used to work out of that “office.” Many entities call Suite 3000 “home” but actually work elsewhere. The 92660 zip code is a very “tony” zip code in Orange County, making Suite 3000 a desirable home office address even if the real work is done elsewhere in cheaper digs. Patriot Tax got dozens of complaints on websites devoted to exposing who is illegally robo-calling and telemarketing.
Vic Gardenhire, who was also behind millions of robocalls, also called Suite 3000 “home” for a while. He also shared suite space nearby with Jeremy Nelson of Nelson, Gamble & Associates, and Steve Rhode posted a recent story on Jeremy being criminally prosecuted for fraud.
