I paid up front ($189.95 USD) for a mail in iPhone Repair Service on the 9th November 2014, I sent the faulty phone to them, and after some initial communication that I initiated, I now find myself being ignored by iRepairNational, who still have my phone and my money…
Consumer Action Taken:
I have sent several emails over the months to the company email address as well as the company owners personal email address and have sent messages via the companies contact form on their website, all of which have been ignored. I have also tried calling but the call is never answered.
I also tried resolving this via PayPal which I used to pay for this service but unfortunately they had changed their policy from 180 days to make a claim (which I was inside of) to 45 days which had long passed. They did however offer to contact them about this but I haven’t heard anything yet.
