Written by Consumer

Consumer Statement:

Ordered transmission through an online salvage company website. Allstate-Autoparts called back and seemed to have the best deal. Paid on 04/09/15 and to date, 05/08/15 have not received the transmission. Company receipt online stated 5-9 business days for delivery. It has now been 28 days and no product received.

Consumer Action Taken:

Have spoken with company 3 times in past 3 weeks. Each time I was told there was a delay in shipping. Each time was assured I would receive a courtesy call, and provided with a different date the part would arrive. Never received a call, and never received the part. For the past 8 days, I have called the companies phone number at least 150 times and have received no answer. Have left numerous messages and emails on their website. No answers.

  • Like the original poster I too was bilked out of money by this company. On April 13, 2015 I was searching for a used engine for my car. I put my name into a watts line online and Allstate Autoparts contacted me on April 12 with a reasonable price of $975 for the used motor I was seeking. They used edebitdirect.com to do their billing. a Company in the Los Angeles area. I should have been suspect when they would only use edebitdirect.com for their billing. I called them repeatedly asking for the name of the Trucking Company and a tracking number. They didn’t return my calls. After a month I emailed their billing company edebitdirect.com and spoke to Monique. I explained what was taking place and that the merchant wasn’t returning phone calls so she emailed the company and told them they would be losing their billing account of they didn’t respond to my complaints. Allstate Autoparts called and said there was a shipping problem and they would refund my money. They were obviously lying since I have not received any refund and they are still refusing to return phone calls 5 weeks beyond the original purchase. If the original poster wants to contact me directly perhaps we can pool our complaints and make sure Allstate Autoparts either refunds our money or at the very least loses their ability to bill people through edebitdirectcom.
