Consumer Statement:

I enrolled in a debt relief program hoping that I will be represented well to all my creditors but out of my 8 accts only 3 were settled and I’ve been paying a lot since I started . One acct which is the discover bank sued me because the Walsh firm that is representing me failed to settle right away considering they knew that discover bank is aggressive in running after they’re debtors. It came to a point that my husband’s personal bank account was garnished. Regardless the effort on my part to let them knew that I received a summons, court date they failed to act on it right away, they neglected this.

Consumer Action Taken:

I want some of my money back since I have new firm that will handle all my debt problems so I could use the money to pay my other debts that they failed to settle.
