This company is not a legitimate student loan forgiveness resource. This company is praying on uninformed post grads working in non-profits claiming they can consolidate their loans and provide them with the lowest monthly payment possible to clear their debt. Personally, this company contacted me in February and it is now July and I have been receiving non stop phone calls and text messages to contact their client assistants to complete further documentation. I reread my contract and it clearly states they are not a government agency or approved by the business bureau and that their services are voluntary.

In their disclosure statements it clearly states that if an acceptable loan plan can not be reached they have to refund your payments and since my paperwork was not approved and it took six months for notice to be given I now have six monthly payments and an enrollment fee due to be paid back that the company is denying to even entertain.

I have called the company several times within the past two days from all numbers in my contract, on the website, personally provided by email and text message. Half of the numbers were no longer in service. Two of the lines cycled through to the same batch of customer service agents where you can literally hear them talking to each other about you while on the phone and finally a privacy policy line that puts you on hold immediately and after 8 minutes hangs itself up.

I was hung up on by two customer service agents, one supervisor- twice, the second time after he told me helping me was a waste of his time- and one manager who assured me that my account was closed and I was no longer a client. I received an email confirmation that my account has been closed but they were also supposed to send me documentation of payment history and communication. Neither have been delivered despite several attempts to have that process initiated again.
