Consumer Statement:
These folks are contacting me on a debt of 2008 in which I had not been contacted and I thought was charged off. they said they made a deal with them but I told them I have no bank accounts and I only have cash and I could send them a money order. they said they don’t take money orders and I would need to get a prepaid visa card to pay them. they said they would send me an email verifying the amount agreed and I would have to pay them by 2:00 pm that day or otherwise I would get a supeona to go to court.
So far no email yet. I guess I will have to see them in court.

I asked for an email verifying the amount so I can pay or any paperwork on the amount. Nothing yet.
