Describe the Service You Received:
The service I received was Awful. I have been calling this company since March 6,2015 and I sent a audit form via fax three times, and left several messages on the Supervisor Ingrid voicemail to my dismay my calls faxes and emails go unanswered.
I was told on March 2,2015 by Bridgette that was my last payment, on March 6,2015 after payment I received an email stating I canceled my loan consolidation in which was untrue I left several messages. So finally I called Nelnet and was told the consolidation was complete and I should ask the company for a refund. Finally I got in touch with them and was told to fax an audit form for refund. I did and followed up to see if it was received the young lady stated Yes and give them 10 days to decide. I called back after the days went by I called back and Leah stated she did not see it in my file. I then sent It by fax again. Now when I call I’m on hold for several hours. Ingrid never followed up on my phones calls. I refaxed the audit with hopes someone would contact me. Well I got no help,NOTHING.
