Cockburn & Associates – Consumer Complaint – January 18, 2016

Consumer Statement:

A little over a year ago I contacted online Cockburn and associates to do a Debt solution on two credit cards ,I was to pay 311.47 a month for three years , I was to recive phone calls monthly to update me and to help any questions I had this went on for most of the year , phone calls stopped around Nov .

Consumer Action Taken:

I started getting worried as I was also told that they were working an a selletement on my capitol card , but kept getting letters and judgements and that Cockburn and associated had not contacted them ,I sent Emails to my Para Legal Jennifer Kazz , called asked were my contact person was Max Lopaz , he was no longer there, they never gave me a new contact , have not recived emails or no calls since have called got a message they were not avaible and you could not leave a message , i since emailed Jennifer , came back to me her address failed , I have sent emails ask to get my monies back 3426.17 dollars, no one has contacted me , this is a fradulant debt solution lawyers , another name Lawyer Michael Smith who was the lawyer who contacted me at the first , I have since stopped payment , and still no call Its like they dissapered.
