Dear Steve,

ITT Tech graduate, associates of applied science in Graphic Design. Was told by school it was a prerequisite for game design. Program was dropped approx 1 month before graduation. Poor education. What do you know about this lawsuit?

What do you know about this lawsuit against ITT. Too many scams out there nowadays. I was sent to you from Huffington Post, so I feel that I can trust this website?


Well if the program was dropped and they did not give you an alternate way to complete the program and you have federal student loans then there is actually a process for having the loans forgiven. Details on how this works can be found in this article.

If you have private student loans then it might be a good idea to look at the issues that may allow those loans to be discharged in bankruptcy. See this article.

These sorts of suits seem to take forever to get resolved. Especially if the school is still and business and fighting the suits. Which ITT is.
