Consumer Statement:

I have been working with a company called 321 loans I have already paid out at least 2000 dollars over the last 7 months nothing on my credit report has been worked and last month I gave them a call to see why they have not been taking payment so out they say because we changed merchants I asked to get out of the loan because its not helping me I have not received a bit of service they say no refund and I am still responsible for monies I never received nor are going to put toward my debt.

Called to cancel the loan they say I am responsible for monies for service they never provided

  1. Well I have been with 321 loans and help America group for close to 4yrs. Started in Dec 2014. As of now they only paid on one loan. When I call they give me the same song and dance. Now I find out that they are in receivership. What is going to happen to all the loans that they have not paid. I told them last year that it was a SCAM and I was right. Mike K. Cadillac Mi.

    • Your debts were always and still are your debts. You will either need to find a different service provider who operates legally, contact your creditors directly, or consider bankruptcy (probably the smartest choice at this point).

      I’d put good money on the fact the Receiver is not going to continue the operation since the underlying premise and contracts were for meaningless services.
