Consumer Statement:

321 loans say there are going to pay off my debts as long as I keep sending them monies. I have sent them over 6,000.00. They have paid off nothing, not even one of two loans that are only 2,000.00 and the other 4,000.00. I started with these guys in Oct. 2014 and now they won’t answer the phone.

Consumer Action Taken:

I have tried e-mails calling nothing. can you help me???

I was told there might be a lawsuit started against these people, if this is so how can I become part of that, so I can recoup my loses. Please Please help me get out and away from these people.

    321 Loans is a Jeremy Marcus scam. He uses the website to originated upfront fee debt settlement clients. He moved to Panama to avoid prosecution
