Question:
Dear Steve,
For my debt program, I need your advice.
Am I Being Scammed by Coast Processing with Litigation Practice Group? I am l living in Chicago ILL are they have an attorney they can represent if they have? Can I have their names and phone numbers?
Svetlana
Answer:
Dear Svetlana,
You would have to contact Coast Processing and/or Litigation Practice Group.
However, according to the Litigation Practice Group website, they list an attorney that is licensed to practice law in millions, Michael R. Robinson. Since he is the only listed attorney licensed to practice law in Illinois it might be a reasonable assumption he would be your attorney.

According to the public record of the Attorney Registration & Disciplinary Commission of the Supreme Court of Illinois, there is a Michael Ray Richardson that is in good standing as of today to practice law in Illinois.
Richardson says his office location is 444 North Michigan Avenue South Suite 1200. That address appears to be a virtual office space for BeOffice.
The attorney number for attorney Richardson is listed as 504-756-7694 so give him a call. The 504 area code is associated with the New Orleans area. But maybe that’s his cell phone number.
Once you do get in touch with Richardson, confirm he is your legal representative in Illinois and is representing you as an attorney.
