BP Business Solutions MasterCard charged me a 15%+ late charge, because they posted my payment 2 days late, even though I mailed it in sufficient time and am never late.  I asked them to waive it this one time and they refused.  I consider that to be unfair and unreasonable and therefore I will not be using that card again in the future.

    • same experience and this amounts to a $250.00 plus charge per month and has happened two times despite our effort to meet the demand criteria. We will be buying our gas elsewhere- totally impossible-

    • Did the same thing to me. Said I was late on a $201.57 bill and charged me $50.55 late fee and $4.58 interest. White collar robbery. The credit card industry has this scam. They go by the date they supposely receive the payment. How do we know its not sitting in a laundry basket under their desk for a couple of days. My state and federal tax goes by the post mark. They should adopt that policy but hey look at all the money they would lose putting the screws to us.
