Below is a copy of a ealier complaint with this company. They assign another three different people with me and the samething is going on NOTHING. I JUST WANT ALL OR MOST OF MY MONEY BACK. THIS COMPANY IS A FRAUD. PLEASE HELP ME.

I do not know were to being.
1. I can never get through with anyone from Liberty Debt Management.
2. Since I started this program, not one of my creditors was contacted until I called (up to ten times) and had someone contact them.
3. I just got three separated letters from superior court of New Jersey that they are in the process of wage execution.
4. I asked several times for copies of any and all letters mailed to my creditors–nothing.
5. I called sometime in July of 2004 (rather I left 4 messages) to delay my payment to Liberty Debt Management for a few days–nothing but a $30.00 penalty on my checking account. When I finally got through to someone they said I did not call and never once offer to refund me the $30.00.
6. I called the 800 number you have for the creditors to call and everything I called the line were full. I am not happy with what is going on. I have to pay now so I can save the embarrassment of them going to my job with a Wage Execution.
I had it, since I can not get any help from Liberty Debt Management and I been very Patience, I would like some kind of refund.
