Consumer Complaint: I went to emergency room last year but after I got out from the emergency room I never received any communication from the hospital regarding the amount I owe. I called the hospital and asked them to provide the copy of statement but they never bothered. Finally they gave it to the collection agency. I never got any statement from the collection agency either. I was looking at my credit report and realized that I have an account in collection. I called them and raised the dispute with them around XXXX and asked them to provide the copy of the statement that they sent earlier so that the name and address can be verified. I was told that I need to file the complaint in written which I did on XXXX by faxing the complaint to their department. I have called multiple times after that asking for the status of the dispute but until now I did n’t receive any response from them.
