Consumer Complaint: On XXXX , at XXXX our office received a call from Sun loans looking for former employee. I said no such person here, please remove our number. On XXXX at XXXX XXXX , I notice a missed call from Sun Loans. I call back at XXXX and ask again to be removed. The agent replied, if we come across the number again we will ignore it. No, you are reached a local union hall please remove our number. We do not have contact information on the person that you are looking for. Agent repeated themselves. I asked for their supervisor. Supervisor was just as rude, repeated what agent said. I became upset at this point and started cussing. I no longer wanted to hear that they might or might not remove our number. I hung up on them. At XXXX the supervisor called back asking to speak with my supervisor. Since I am the office coordinator, I said speaking. I told her that I am on their website lodging a complaint against her. She became very rude and unprofessional. ( which i noted in my complaint ) I hung up on her again. XXXX then contacted XXXX council office to lodge a complaint against me. Which after a conversation with my peer at this office, we laughed and wished each other a good day. I then lodged another complaint against her on sun loans website and contacted the number listed demanding that she be fired for unprofessional-ism and unfair business practices. There is no reason that our local union hall should continue to be contacted when we have asked repeatedly to be removed from their calling list.
