Consumer Complaint: On XXXX XXXX i sent a debt validation letter asking for proof of debt Chrysler capital did not follow any of my consumer rights of validation all was sent was a statement that information is accurate not only did they work with me on consumer rights but also sold my information after i requested validation debt i have attached copies of proof i ask that this report be removed from all XXXX credit bureaus for they did not validate my debt and sold my contract to another agency so they are no longer handling my account it must be removed.
