Consumer Complaint: In response to my first complaint ( XXXX ) NCB Management sent information to an address that does not belong to me, never has belong to me, and to which has been a disputed address on my credit reports. Whether mail was returned via the post office is not for me to find ou t, 1. Ho w would I know mail was sent if the address is not mine? If mail such as this was sent via certified mail with signature requested then we would n’t be going through this right now. XXXX nor NCB Management s ent me validation of this debt or the notice it was going to be reported, nor did either of them send me the notice of sale after repossession until this complaint was filed t hen NCB sent n otification and documentation. This is against laws, and part of a repossession is to provide a date and time of sale in case the consumer would like to gain ownership of the car again and that ‘s was never received until after complaint through the CFPB.
