Consumer Complaint: This debt has been on my credit for over 7 years since XXXX now we are in XXXX each time. I have been contacting this company for the longest time to removed, but its still on there. The debt was taken by my ex who knows the owner of the dealership. I have been disputed this item for years I would they verified a debt with who they spoke with was there a confirmation number given??? How would a creditor verify a debt without sending proof of signature documents the name of the person who helps me obtain this debt? Please look into this matter this company been seaming people for years and I am so happen to be a victim.
