Consumer Complaint: I had taken out a loan with them and had paid back what I borrowed plus some. I ended up defaulting due to family trouble and my income was not enough to cover all bills. They started calling me relentlessly. I had told them to stop. They have n’t. This has gone on since XXXX of this y ear ( 2017 ). They call multiple times a day ( up to 12 times ) from various phone numbers. They mask their number to local area codes and phone numbers that belong to regular people, as well as using phone numbers and area codes that belong to areas and people all throughout the country.

Lately they ‘ve taken to harassing my hus band ( a prior reference ) and somehow they got the number for a good friend of mine and have been calling her too. My husband has also asked them to stop calling him. On average I rec eive 7 pho ne calls a day.

Most recently a ” XXXX XXXX ” has been calling multiple times a day from different phone numbers. He uses legal terms saying there is a ” case ” against me and he wants to work with me to help ” get it dismissed. ” His number is XXXX , ext. XXXX I have attached a log of the many phone numbers I have received harassment calls from.
