Consumer Complaint: I pulled my credit report on XX/XX/XXXX and noticed that CMRE Finance had reported to the Credit Companys an account for {$120.00}. According to the Credit report XXXX , it had been opene d on XX/XX/XXXX . I have not received any information in regard to this debt at all. No information was received by them until I mailed them dated XX/XX/XXXX .

I immediately certified a letter to CMRE dated XX/XX/XXXX requesting proof that the aforementioned account was mine. I also asked for detailed proof that I agreed to pay the account, a detailed explanation for what the account was for or services rendered, and to provide the Creditor and current contact information for the debt you say I owe.

On XX/XX/XXXX , I received a letter dated XX/XX/XXXX from CRME Finance that included 4 pages ( see attached ) that shows 4 different accounts that do n’t even add up to what they reported to the credit companie s. Two of the accounts look to even be duplicates. I did not receive any proof that they were mine and that I had agree d to pay them.
