Consumer Complaint: Friday XX/XX/XXXX at about XXXX cmt, I was contacted by XXXX from Bayside Capitol Services LLC by a phone call on my brother ‘s cell phone. I spoke to the man and explained that I am XXXX XXXX. He kept talking and even speeded up. Then he did explain the debt and I am not disputing that I do owe it. So I asked if he would contact me through email due to my XXXX. He said that there were important documents that would be delivered to me at home. He asked when I would be home. I told him Monday XX/XX/XXXX after XXXX cmt Then I asked again for those to be emailed. Today. XX/XX/XXXX the same man called my brother ‘s cell again and left a message, then he called my work and spoke with the HR department. They delivered his phone number to me. I finally received an email with a .pdf file attached this .pdf stated that I had already agreed to a set payment amount and set dates of payments for the next 8/9 months until the amount of the debt is paid off. I did not agree to pay any amount nor have I signed off on any paperwork from this company.
