SHE THEN WENT ON TO TELL ME HE OWE A DEBT AND THE AMOUNT WAS XXXX. I ADVISED THE COLLECTOR THAT THE AMOUNT WAS INCORRECT. SHE BEGAN TO GET LOUD AND CURSED ME AND SAID XXXX PAY YOUR BILL. SHE DID IDENTIFY HERSELF AS ” XXXX “. THE NUMBER CAME UP AS A XXXX XXXX NUMBER WHICH WAS XXXX. I ADVISED HER NOT TO CALL MY PHONE BACK AND I CALLED HER A NAME. SHE THEN CALLED ME BACK AND SAID YOU ARE A XXXX AS WELL. I CALLED THE COMPANY XXXX XXXX IN XXXX AL. AND THEY GAVE ME THE NAME OF THE COMPANY WHO HAS THE ACCOUNT. PLAZA SERVICES XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX GA XXXX XXXX. GOT A GUY ON THE PHONE AFTER WAITING 25 MIN TO SPEAK WITH A SUPERVISOR. THIS WAS A VIOLATION OF FDCPA PRACTICES.
