Consumer Complaint: I sent certified letters to XXXX on XXXX XXXX XXXX, XXXX XXXX XXXX and again on XXXX XXXX disputing the collection account from United Revenue Corp in the amount of {$560.00}. On all three occasions, XXXX stated the information was verified and accurate ; however, no documentation to support their response was sent as I requested, only that the debt was verified. I contacted the creditor directly ( per the direction of XXXX if I still disagreed with their findings ) by certified mail on XXXX XXXX XXXX ( the company responded quickly stating only that the debt was verified ) and again on XXXX XXXX XXXX requesting that they validate the debt. The company signed for the certified letters on XXXX XXXX XXXX and again on XXXX XXXX XXXX but I have never received any documentation validating the debt. In fact, United Revenue Corp never responded to the XXXX XXXX XXXX certified letter. I contacted XXXX AGAIN by certified mail on XXXX XXXX XXXX advising that they did not provide any documentation to me and the creditor has not responded to my second certified letter. I received a response from XXXX today, XXXX XXXX XXXX stating they have verified the debt once again ; however, no one will provide me with any validation of debt documentation or address the issue on why the company did not respond to my second certified letter. This has been ongoing for 6 months now with no resolution.
