Consumer Complaint: On XX/XX/XXXX I reached out to Creditors Protections Svc after I had noticed a collections mark on my credit report. I spoke with a collections specialist by the name of ” XXXX XXXX ” I had explained to her I wanted to make a repayment agreement and established a payment amount. When it came time to take my payment jnformation she asked who I banked with, I asked her was I not able to use my debit card? She then stated I was not able to because the payment amount was n’t over {$100.00} which was the amount I would need to pay to use a card transaction. I then stated to her you guys sure do make it difficult to make a payment. XXXX then stated to me ” that ‘s what happens when your account is placed into collections it ‘s not sweet ” I tried to speak the rep then spoke over me would n’t allow me to speak, I asked her if the calls were recorded she kept telling me they MAYBE recorded. The rep was extremely unprofessional I asked to speak to a manager she told me there was n’t any available. I asked her for a team lead, supervisor, manager, assistant general manager, or the general manager she advised me that no one was in the office that there was absolutely no management or anyone else that I could speak with. She claimed her managers name was ” XXXX XXXX ” and that she would have her call me back. The representative then hung up on men
