Consumer Complaint: I received billing statement from XXXX XXXX XXXX date XX/XX/2018 that told me owe XXXX XXXX XXXX amount {$150.00}, I had called them and let them know my car Insurance with XXXX had been cancelled after the term of contract, the payment continuous is monthly payment and I want to cancel policy any time if I do not pay premium. I know the Insurance policy if I did not pay premium I would not get coverage for my car at the time of due date if something happen for my car, that mean I did not owe XXXX anything because XXXX did not cover my car when I do not pay.
I had a new car Insurance policy with another Company and did not pay premium for XXXX any more, But I don’t know the XXXX XXXX XXXX they have knowledge about car insurance policy or not they still bother me and sent me a billing statement date XX/XX/2018 of debt amount {$150.00} again.
