Consumer Complaint: I went to Florida Hospital XXXX XXXX XXXX in the year XXXX with a XXXX insurance. I was provided service and I gave my XXXX details. In XXXX, I was monitoring my credit report and saw collections from ability recovery of an amount of {$850.00}. When I called them to explain that I had XXXX and that the provider was responsible for claiming the money from XXXX, they were mean and rude to me, called me a liar and refusing to take responsibility. They will not listen to me or even give me any information. They only want my credit card details. They have been calling my phone constantly, threatening to hit my credit. I have contacted the credit bureau to get this resolved but the collection agency keeps putting it on there. I’m totally not liable for this debt. The provider failed to claim payment from the insurance I had at the time. I don’t use that insurance anymore and i’m not responsible for the said amount. Thank you.
