Consumer Complaint: The dates displayed in the open columns on the XXXX & XXXX credit reports do not reflect the actual opening dates. Additionally, the 2 accounts listed under XXXX XXXX XXXX are listed as joint accounts when they are in fact individual accounts. The actual opening dates are much older than what is reflected on the reports. Despite disputing the dates previously with the credit bureaus, the only change has been newer opening dates. This is incorrect reporting. According to the Fair Credit Reporting Act of 1970, inaccurate reporting should be removed immediately.

Regarding Experian credit report, the data recorded is both vague and confusing. Accounts are listed as closed with no payments or further status updates, accounts are also listed as closed with unknown payment status, and missing dates & balances. The dates listed are incorrect and many are listed as more than seven years old. According to the Fair Credit Reporting Act of 1970, inaccurate reporting should be removed immediately.

Overall, all three bureaus are reporting accounts closed that are well over 7 years old, with inaccurate balances or payment information missing. According to the Fair Credit Reporting Act of 1970, these items should be removed immediately.
