Consumer Complaint: I check my credit score daily and noticed it dropped 73+points overnight and showed the derogatory mark stating collections from waypoint resource group penned XX/XX/2018 ( 1month ) {$750.00} from XXXX XXXX XXXX . To my knowledge I havent ordered or started anything knew in XXXX and also never received any mail email messages stating that I owed this. My bill online states {$0.00} amount owed and my business account shows my payments are auto drafted monthly. I do not understand what is going on with this.
