Consumer Complaint: I have previously filed a complaint against this company approximately 2 months ago regarding a processing fee that I was not told about. The complaint was responded to by stating I would not have to pay this fee per transaction. This was true for about 2 payments. My payment as of XX/XX/XXXX was charged the fee again. When calling the company I was told they would have never made this statement to me about not charging the fee and I was told a manager would call me back. I called a second time hoping to speak with someone that would look into the file and once again a manager would call me back immediately. No one has called to resolve this issue.
