Consumer Complaint: I’ve had tried to contact Direct Management Inc., on numerous occasions concerning ( 2 ) debts in which I have no knowledge. I have requested debt validation and/or contract agreements between Direct Management Inc. and myself, but they have failed to provide them. One one occasion an account was removed from credit file and now has re appeared. They have illegally scared my credit and violated my rights under the HIPPA Privacy Act. Please help me to resolve this matter promptly. Direct Management Inc. is running and illegal service under HIPPA ‘s guidelines.
