Consumer Complaint: I had a collection placed on my credit with SECURITY CREDIT SERVICES, I contacted them several time to resolved it. I was able to talk to someone on XX/XX/2018 and settled the debit by paying it in full, only after repeated attempts to get a copy of the rental contract I sign. I never received the contract with my signature as I requested several times. I needed it to get off my credit as it was preventing me from gaining a home loan. I paid in full the balance as required and for accepting my payment in full they agreed to fully remove the collection from all three credit bureaus. I have received notification that it was listed as paid but still on my credit bureau and has not been removed as agreed to. furthermore I have requested proof that they sent a removal to credit bureau and as of today have not received this. I want them to live up to the deal that was agreed to. I am also contacting the XXXX, NC Attorney General and filing complaints prior to filing a small claim lawsuit in civil court.
