Consumer Complaint: My mother who is XXXX years old received a book in the mail called XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX, XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX. A few weeks later she received a bill for {$44.00}.

I called the company XXXX XXXX on XX/XX/XXXX and explained we did not order the book and if they sent us return postage we would return it. They claimed that my mother ordered the book from TV. I explained that she is XXXX years old and would never order something from the TV – let alone a book about leading a more active lifestyle! I explained that this was probably mail fraud – and they were taking advantage of seniors.

They send the account to collections with North Shore Agency who sent my mother a bill.
