Consumer Complaint: I have never done business with National Credit Adjusters. I do not have a written contract with National Credit Adjusters. I reached out to National Credit Adjusters twice for proper debt validation and still have not received proper debt validation for the alleged debt that is listed on my credit report. This is my third and final attempt asking for proper debt validation from National Credit Adjusters. The next time will come with a lawsuit. If National Credit Adjusters can not produce a written contract between themselves and me showing that I acknowledged and am liable for this debt then they must remove this erroneous debt from my credit report immediately. It is NOT suffice to produce any documentation from any third party company. I am asking for documentation directly from National Credit Adjusters. National Credit Adjusters does NOT have permission to contact me by phone, e-mail, or us mail. All communication needs to come through this CFPB portal.
