Consumer Complaint: I have been receiving repeated calls from Portfolio Recovery Services. I have, on several occasions, verified myself and ask that all correspondence be sent to me in writing. I have explained to them that I suffer with XXXX XXXX and that the numerous calls are making me have XXXX XXXX. However, I am receiving multiple calls from them still. I have not received anything by mail as requested. They contact me all hours throughout the day, even when I explain I am at work and try to use scare tactics to keep me on the line.
