Consumer Complaint: My student loans changed servicers and no longer has a distinct account number for each loan. It is now impossible to send payments outside of the website and specify accounts. As a result, I have had to file standing instructions for how a recurring monthly payment is allocated.
The standing instructions are never followed and I must manually request the payment be corrected every month. I have asked instructions to be corrected several times, but the issue is never resolved.
