To this Ocwen is filing a preforeclosed procedure after our bankruptcy discharged in XX/XX/2018, started the letter of post petion pay we so called owed, and now retracting stating we owe several months of non payment ( 6months ) of which 5 were received but XXXX payment was returned. Mailed a check with certified letter, responded by returning our check mortgage payment but no expln.
