Creditors Relief – Company Review – April 28, 2020

Please describe the service you received from this company.

So far I have received no service at all.

Signed up to negotiate settlement of 2 positions on 1/13/2020 as of 4/29/2020 no settlements have been reached and one of our positions has not even been contacted.

What has occurred is a default judgment against our company in NJ, (creditors relief was notified of pending judgment and took no action) in addition a lien has been placed against our QuickBooks account making it impossible for us to process payments.

So far Creditors Relief has been paid over $5800.00 with Zero results. Despite numerous calls, emails and their repeated assurances that “we are on this” our position has only deteriorated and our company is now on the verge of bankruptcy. Creditors Relief has been a complete disaster for us and in hindsight, was a terrible decision. We would have been much better off negotiating directly with our lenders.

List the features you liked about the company. Pros.

Initially, enthusiasm, assurances that they do this all the time and not worry. Communication was good in the beginning as they were very diligent in getting contracts and 1st payments.

List the features you thought could use some improvement. Cons.

See above. Every promise made by Creditors Relief has been broken and our company is now out $5800.00.

Communication and progress at this point is Zero. All they want is more money.
