Freedom Business Consulting – Consumer Complaint – July 15, 2020

Consumer Statement:

I was contacted by telephone from a company who called themselves freedom business consulting they stated that they knew that I had a business loan with rapid finance And they were a settlement company who would pay off the loan early saving me thousands of dollars in interest and in return I would take out a loan through them at a much better interest-rate after signing the contract In complying with my end of the deal I sent them $5900 a month as agreed-upon all the while they never contacted either creditor and I become aware that I was days away from being served with a lawsuit

Consumer Action Taken:

I tried contacting them by phone several times leaving messages no one returned my call I sent emails no one responded finally I stopped making my agreed-upon payments and then they started contacting me but refused to return any of my money
