I am about 4 months into the MMI PROGRAM, and more confused every day. I get letters, saying to call the IMMEDIATLY, even tho I see they debit ( auto debit) my checking account each and every month for around $200. It’s a lot, but they said they could negotiate low interests with my debtors, and they would take care of ALL THE PAYMENTS TO ALL OF THEM! Which, sounds very good becsuse I have no job as of June of 22. Only have my Social Security. With that $200 gone too, I can barely live. I am 150% below poverty level now. But it seems no one with this company, knows what they are doing, and I get a new “ team member” each time I call. They say I am behind on payments TO THE CREDITORS. Well, obviously I am, that’s why I sought help. I am so disappointed and lost.
