  1. RBFCU ATM did not complete the transaction n I have 2 receipts saying it did not process yet they won’t give me my funds. I am contacting CFPB to assist me to get my funds from these incompetent AHs.

  2. Usually I have a very good experience with RBFCU but yesterday I went through the drive thru. Sometimes it takes some time but yesterday both of the cars that were beside me came and left and another car came and left and I was still there. We called the teller to be told that they just received it. Mind you we had been already been sitting and waiting for 5-10 minutes. This is not acceptable to me. I only needed to cash a $12.00 check.

  3. RBFCU is out of control. They are taken secured debt and turn into unsecure debt. Buyer beware!!! They have over the top collectors that lie to get your money, If you have ANY secure debt and cannot pay your unsecure debt with them just they will take your secured debt regardless. They do not work with debt management either so if you get laid off from work or get hurt on the job your in trouble. This Credit Union doesn’t care about you or their customers!!!!! They are the worst credit union out there….
