  1. Ordered and returned several winter coats. Very nice, but always the wrong sizes. All of my balances were for shipping and handling (which were all supposed to be free) and I paid in full each statement. Finally I closed the account when I paid my last balance immediately upon receiving it, as usual . One month later I received another bill for just under $8. I called CS and they explained it was an “adjustment fee” because I subscribed to a credit protection plan (NOT). I told them I will report them to the BBB and hung up. When a balance is paid in full with no more additional activity (account closed as well), why should one have to pay any more?

    • I can give you the real answer or the “it’s not fair” answer.

      the real answer is it is probably worth paying the $8 so they don’t report the account as delinquent.

      The unfair answer is, “they suck.”

  2. Roaman’s customer service is terrible, had an issue with my account lady was EXTREMELY rude…I am paying the balance off and will close the account
