Yesterday The Hoffman Law Group in Florida was raided by armed law enforcement officers after the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau and The State of Florida obtained a temporary restraining order against Michael Harper, Benn Willcox, Marc Hoffman, The Hoffman Law Group, The Residential Litigation Group, Nationwide Management Solutions, Legal Intake Solutions, File Intake Solutions, and BM Marketing Group.
From the information available it appears the group has had their assets frozen. one tipster (send in your tips here) says “non-attorneys behind all of this have already mysteriously vanished but I’m sure that they will be found.”
The Palm Beach Post and Kim Miller are reporting “The Hoffman Law Group solicited homeowners nationally to join mass litigation lawsuits, which have mostly floundered in court.”
