Consumer Complaint: This was communicated to the company after XXXX XXXX via phone. I do n’t have written complaints because I was focused on taking care of my ailing parents. The nature of the communication is as follows. I cant tell you how excited I was to join your program. I was devastated by the harassment I have received after I communicated that I could no longer continue with the program because my father was gravely ill and expenses had to be redirected to his care. He has since passed away yet I continue to be harassed even stalked by constant calls and letters. Sadly whatever you can do to my credit score has already been done and in the spirit of your program XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX this is a complete betrayal and borders on fraud. I assume I am not the only one who has been contacted in this manner. I will continue to reach out to agencies like Consumer Financial Protection Bureau for remedies against your company. Shame on you.
