Consumer Complaint: My name is XXXX XXXX and XXXX XXXX XXXX Is trying to collect the amount owed of {$1300.00}. I have never disputed owing the money however. This collection agency has taken over the Capital one account. In XXXX XXXX . They were told my father passed away. I told them I lost my house do to my father ‘s reverse mortgage. Lost my business. and was unable to pay. they put me on a debt forgiveness due to hardship and did a charge off and hit my credit. which is fine. but now they are trying to restart an old debt. Which I do not feel is fair. I ‘m am tired of the constant harassment by this fraud company. And I want it stopped immediately! I am not working so there is no way possible I can pay it back.They will get nothing.
