Consumer Complaint: AWA Collections talks to people like they are XXXX . They have terrible attitudes and offer absolutely no help. When you ask to speak to a supervisor all of a sudden whoever you are talking to turns into the supervisor. I guess it is ok for them to hang up on you multiple times, deny they did that at XXXX point, and laugh when you start questioning charges. They make snuddy remarks about why your account is there as well. When asking about charges and could I receive a copy of them I was told if I had paid my bills I would n’t have to be calling them. Yeah you ‘re right but in order to pay the bills you actually have to receive them first!!! The federal government really needs to look into these companies! The ONLY reason I found out about these accounts is I was in the process of buying a house. THIS BY FAR IS THE WORST COMPANY I HAVE EVER HAD TO DEAL WITH!!!!!! Most companies are willing to work with you or settle if you can make a full payment I was cut off and told they do n’t have to work with me at all they are n’t there to help me. How XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX You should always be willing to work with people!
